It may help to flip the paper over to do the re-crease. With the color side up, those folds are mountain folds, you'll need to re-crease Remember the creases you made in Steps 8 to 10? As you fold A-B to A-C to A-D to A-D, you'll be re-creasing those folds again. To do so, we're going to fold A-B to A-C to A-D to A-E.
